With the holiday season rapidly approaching, families will begin talking about what they want to do for Thanksgiving or Christmas.  Chalet Village Properties can accommodate your families needs.  We have around 130 units ranging from 1 bedroom to 12 bedrooms.  Most all of our units are located off of Ski Mtn Road in Chalet Village. 

Our most popular lodge for reunions or corporate retreats is Majestic Overlook.  It is the premier 12 bedroom lodge in the county. There is no shortage of large units all over the county, but you will not find one that compares to this one.  Each bedroom has a breathtaking view of the mountains. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom w/whirlpool tub. This lodge can house 28 people with ease.  A 4×8 movie screen in the downstairs den can be used for powerpoint presentations during corporate retreats.  There is a hot tub, pool table, foosball table and dart board for leisure time fun.  Unobstructed views of Mt. LeConte can be enjoyed from the rocking chairs on the main deck.  Want to cook and serve?  This unit has a 18ft. granite counter top bar that can hold all the food you care to enjoy.

The list of amenities for this house is to long to write.  Don’t just take my word over the Internet – call and ask anyone in our office and they will tell you that Majestic Overlook is, hands down, the best lodge in the county. 

If this unit is to big for your needs, we have plenty of 4,5,6,7 and 8 bedroom units to accomodate you. Don’t trust your family vacation or corporate retreat to anyone except Chalet VIllage Properites. Our staff has over 100 years of combined experience in the vacation industry.  Our office is centrally located on the mountain for the convenience of our guests. We also have a maintenance staff during business hours everyday. . . should a problem arise.
